The Service lets you manage Telegram groups and channels and automate member access: members gain access when they subscribe through your own Stripe account and lose it when their subscription ends. Overgroups orchestrates access to Telegram; it does not receive, hold or process the payments your members make to you, and charges no commission on them. Use of the paid Service is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Accessing the Site grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice. Users undertake to use the Site and its contents lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with public order, and not to use them for activities that are unlawful or that harm the rights or interests of third parties, or that may damage, disable or impair the Site or prevent its normal use by others.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, the Overgroups name and brand, and the underlying source code) is owned by the Site owner or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of any content without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except where legally permitted.

The owner works to keep the Site available and free of errors but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical faults. The owner is not liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, nor for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party sites accessible through links, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
